Our Six Pillars of Operations: Shielding the Harvest
Harvest Sentinel Alliance stands watch over the hidden horrors of harvest oppression—forced labor, debt bondage, wage theft, and poverty wages that trap millions in agricultural supply chains. We fight through six interlocking pillars: Sentinel Surveillance to detect threats from above, Wage Justice Exposure to unmask the economic chains crushing workers, Downstream Accountability to confront and reform the profiteers, Worker Voice & Rescue Amplification to shield and liberate the vulnerable, Systemic Disruption to dismantle oppressive structures, and Shadow Sentinel to strike decisively from protected ground. Rooted in biblical justice, we expose, advocate, and act—demanding dignity, living wages, and freedom in every harvest from Georgia onions to West African cocoa. This is what we do.
The Bible is clear: oppression cries out to God, and His people are called to respond. Proverbs 31:8-9 commands, “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves… defend the rights of the poor and needy.” James 5:4 warns that withheld wages cry out to the Lord Almighty.
We cannot look away when children are stolen from school to carry cocoa sacks, families trapped in debt on onion fields, or workers exploited while powerful buyers profit.
Founded in 2025 by U.S. Marine Corps veteran Glenn L. Stover Jr.—a follower of Jesus compelled by Scripture—HSA operates as an independent, faith-guided sentinel. We use advanced technology and moral clarity to expose hidden evil, support rescues, and drive living wages that break poverty’s grip. This is not awareness alone—this is obedient action to end harvest oppression.
1st Pillar - Sentinel Surveillance → Watch and Detect the Threat
We maintain unblinking eyes on high-risk zones using satellite imagery, drones, and AI to spot isolated camps, restricted movement, and child labor indicators. Ezekiel 33:6 – “If the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet… I will hold the watchman accountable.
We sound the alarm—no threat hides unseen. We begin where the oppression hides—in the fields, orchards, and camps. Using both technology enablers and community involvement in real time verification and a secure data layer, we establish real-time, undeniable evidence of exploitation signals: overcrowded housing, hazardous conditions, child presence, and forced labor patterns. 2nd Pillar - Wage Justice Exposure → Unmask the Economic Chains
We forensically map poverty wages and debt bondage that fuel exploitation, exposing the economic drivers in clear reports. James 5:4 – “The wages you failed to pay the workers… are crying out against you.”
Unjust pay cries to God—we make those cries impossible to ignore. Suppressed wages are the root that feeds exploitation—starving workers while enriching others. We see the coming strom in west Africa. Personal Security, Food Security, Illegal Migration and vulnerable Refugee management programs, we will illuminate this injustice through rigorous research: living wage vs. real compensation studies, community based investigations, media distribution series with data-driven clarity, we will proclaim the truth:

3rd Pillar - Downstream Accountability → Confront and Hold the Profiteers
We deliver evidence to manufacturers and retailers, demanding remediation and enforcing accountability. Micah 6:8 – “What does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy…”
We require justice from those who profit from oppression. Full Stop. Those who benefit farthest from the fields—processors, retailers, and brands and consumers—must answer for their role. We trace supply chains meticulously, naming beneficiaries who profit from oppression while claiming ignorance. Here, we hold power to account with zero tolerance: targeted campaigns, demands for reforms, and our Ethical Harvest Seal—a tiered mark of verifiable justice awarded only to those who partner for change. Compliant entities earn the shield of true accountability; others face exposure. This pillar turns market forces into weapons for good—redirecting profits toward dignity and pressuring silent enablers to stand with the vulnerable.
4th Pillar - Worker Voice & Rescue Amplification → Shield and Liberate the Victims
We amplify survivor voices and coordinate rapid rescue support with trusted partners. We shield the vulnerable and help set the captives free. The heart of our fight beats with the voices of those trapped—farmworkers, families, survivors. We elevate their stories (anonymized and trauma-informed), integrate secure tips with surveillance findings, and fund direct interventions through partnerships (e.g., rescue operations, aid, and safe transitions). This pillar accelerates real-world liberation: faster enforcement actions, survivor support, and co-authored testimonies that humanize the crisis. We shield the broken by amplifying their cries, ensuring no one suffers alone—and turning personal pain into collective power for freedom.
5th Pillar - Systemic Disruption → Dismantle the Oppressive Structures
We target policies, debt cycles, and networks that regenerate debt dependent labor and workers many children forced to work or held in slave like conditions. We're not advocating for.. we are demanding lasting change. Temporary fixes fail— Temporary rescues are not enough—oppression rebuilds without uprooting its foundations. We are demanding structural change: policy briefs for verifiable living-wage laws for US Imports, H-2A reforms, contractor restrictions, and broader regulations decoupling agriculture from exploitative models. We'll establish Rescue funding, Freedom funding and a community centered taring and recovery outpost through our Chain Breaker Eco Hubs. Through coalitions (especially faith communities framing this as God's imperative), moral campaigns, and legislative pushes, we will disrupt the systems that enable suffering. This pillar scales victory: measurable reductions in high-risk labor, enforceable protections, and a model exported globally—because true justice rebuilds the world so no one is vulnerable again.
6th Pillar - Shadow Sentinel → Strike Decisively From Protected Ground
We operate securely within the bounds of Local, National, and International Law. We confident in our position in the theater of oppression encamped on the foundation of God's purpose and surrounded by his shield of protection we dare be bold. We use encrypted systems protected operational intelligence and an unbreakable will to fight without compromise..
